Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be collected from the practice during normal working hours or can be posted to you first class. In exceptional circumstances a prescription can be called through to a pharmacy for collection. We can also arrange for medications to be delivered within 2-4 hours to your address.

Telephone Advice

Telephone advice is offered only to registered patients. This advice is offered at no cost for follow up queries following a consultation. For new problems an appointment will usually be advised. On occasion, a telephone consultation may be offered and these may be chargeable depending on whether these have resulted in treatment being prescribed or a referral being made.

Test Results

Patients will be contacted by telephone with their test results. Most results are available within 48hrs. A copy of the result can then be posted, faxed or emailed to the patient. Following a wellwoman or wellman annual medical assessment, patients will receive a complete medical report including test results and recommendations within a week of the consultation.

Disabled Patients

The practice does not provide easy access for disabled patients. If you are disabled or have special requirements, we can arrange for you to see Dr Sacks at the nearby Lister Hospital.
